Summit East, a sprawling ±620,570 square foot Class A office campus set upon 46 acres of boundless redevelopment potential, just moments from downtown Summit, New Jersey. The owner, Onyx Equities, hired Splendor to create a suite of marketing materials for the property including logo design, custom website design and website development, custom video production, banner design, signage design, and branding development. This commercial real estate marketing project was a success for the landlord, and helped attract new CRE tenants to the building.
